Diary entry, July 25: The day I realised I was not at the helm, never had been and never would be. The day I humbled my ego and stopped being so afraid..
25. 7. 25, Prášily (it's my holiday ;))
Today, after a long time, I feel completely at peace ???? I seem to have finally accepted the fact that my life is being directed by a higher power - a super-intelligent, conscious energy field that is invisible, is 100% love and manifests as love for the individual's personal growth. So I am already certain that my ego has been completely broken - I have let go of all control, even the last one, and have completely surrendered to this energy with which I am currently trying to ride the waves of life. I am very comfortable in this new state - because I know where I am going, with what intention and vision, and I am not so pressured about how and when I will get there.
Exactly as Alan Watts said, "If you put your destination in the sat nav and go, there's no doubt you'll get there either. You just drive believing you're going to get there."
When I realized yesterday that I'm not actually at the helm at all, I wondered how a Sim in a Sims game might react if he found out he was just a character in a game whose scenario was being controlled by a human. My first thought was that it would drive him crazy - because knowing that I'm trapped in a vortex over which I have no control must just be frustrating.
Except that this state assumes that the Sim knows its creator and knows about the dual world in which the Sim lives - so it knows about the opposition of good and evil in the creator's world. Which the Sim doesn't know. The assumption that he would have to go mad from this awareness is therefore refuted.
If we, as humans, are in a similar situation to Simik - that is, that we are in a kind of game controlled by a higher power that we define by our own lived experience on a good-bad scale because this contrast constitutes our world - we must necessarily be in error because we define this power in human terms.
So it can be stated that this energy is an unknown quantity X. The unknown can be infinite. Thus this energy can have infinitely many forms expressed in reality, and we are its carriers and also its creators. That is, the energy I carry within me determines the next form of reality.
I am the author of the energy in my own world (body) and it is then the creator of reality. If this energy is God, according to contemporary discourse, then each of us has a piece of divinity within us. Each of us is a vehicle of God... And God is what we want to make of it. Whether consciously or unconsciously... It is our thoughts that create that energy. So the brain is the generator of the energy that creates reality.
That's why it's so important to learn to control our thoughts. That's the only control we have => we have control over the internal state, not the external circumstances. So the statement, "Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it," makes much more sense...
So, if one wants to be happy in life, one must first describe what hurts, find out why it hurts, understand it, accept it, and store it no longer as pain but as an ordinary and emotionally neutral memory. Because if a person is constantly in pain internally, the pain is reflected in reality until it is removed. No matter how much he resists it...
In thought, then, the most important thing is always the INTENT
Plain and simple: love is everything
"I see love has been the key"
