Treat yourself to pure luxury in the kitchen - modern appliances do the work for you, making cooking a pure joy
Almost 340 years of success story
The history of the German brand Gaggenau began in 1683, when Ludwig Wilhelm von Baden established the first metalworking factory in Gaggenau in the Black Forest. The beginning of a new era was brought to the Gaggenau brand in 1956 by Georg von Blanquet, who took pride in his passion for cooking and began to realise his vision here - custom-designed kitchens equipped with sophisticated but easy-to-use appliances. And it was also the first step towards making Gaggenau the leading brand in the home appliance market. Throughout its history, the brand has been at the heart of many revolutionary products and breakthroughs that have helped transform kitchen appliances into what they are today. It was the first to launch a built-in oven, a ceramic hob or a combi steam oven for domestic use.
The "secret" of Gaggenau appliances
Although a wide variety of kitchen appliances can be found on the market, few can be said to be of an almost professional nature. And this is where Gaggenau's main asset becomes quite crucial - the development of its appliances is carried out in close collaboration with top chefs and sommeliers. As a result, virtually every kitchen can approach the professional kitchen in terms of functionality. And the result of the chef's efforts will match it - because with Gaggenau appliances, everyone will be able to cook like in any luxury restaurant.
For example, with the vacuum drawer and the steam oven, which can even be connected to water and waste, you can prepare perfectly juicy steaks, tasty vegetables just right, or perfectly creamy eggs using the sous-vide cooking method, in a vacuum and at a low temperature. And there's no need to worry about cleaning - the oven cleans itself. Handy and clever, you might say. But certainly not as smart as your entire household can be thanks to Home Connect technology - because Gaggenau appliances can be easily monitored and controlled via your mobile phone or tablet. But in addition, the app also offers users a range of useful tips, recommendations and, in the case of kitchen appliances, countless recipes.
Not only the features, but also the design
Although the high-end features of kitchen appliances are undoubtedly what every enthusiastic cook desires, the design cannot be neglected either. And Gaggenau certainly doesn't fall short there either - everything is thought out to the last detail. Of course, the choice of top-quality materials that are able to maintain their quality and aesthetic value is a matter of course, i.e. stainless steel, aluminium, copper, cast iron, enamel and glass. But Gaggenau also emphasises the overall look of the room, i.e. how the appliances "fit" into the overall concept of the space. It is the design aspect of kitchens, which are now usually connected to the living space, that is more important than ever. To some extent, kitchens are becoming the heart of the home. And with Gaggenau appliances, not only will this heart beat reliably, but yours will (enthusiastically) beat too.
