Shock on board the plane: Passengers accidentally watched a sexually explicit film that couldn't be stopped
What exactly happened? The plane was simply experiencing technical problems that made it impossible to individually select films on board. So the crew decided to ask the passengers what movie they would like to watch together. Last year's daring drama Daddio received the most votes.
This film contains several erotic scenes with exposed genitalia. Its screening caused considerable discomfort, especially for families with children on board.
One passenger wrote on Reddit, "There was no way to pause, mute or turn it off. The film they were showing was extremely inappropriate. It contained explicit nudity and a lot of sexting." He said it took nearly an hour for Qantas staff to switch to a more suitable film for children.
A Qantas spokesman told Daily Mail Australia: 'Qantas is now reviewing how the film was selected. We sincerely apologise to customers for this experience. All screens were switched to a family-friendly film for the remainder of the flight, which is our standard procedure where individual selection is not possible."
