Skoda unveils a rainbow of uniqueness: the Enyaq Coupé Respectline celebrates diversity, equality and inclusion. You can see the exclusive design throughout the summer
The Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline is a unique car that not only shows the great design that many teams and people from Škoda have been involved in, but above all shows the values that the company stands for. "The themes of equality, diversity and inclusion have gained in importance over the past few years, which is an important message for both individuals and society as a whole," says Martina Zimmermann, Diversity Coordinator at Škoda Auto.
"Respect for each other and respect for the uniqueness of each person is the first prerequisite for mutual understanding, and this leads to many other positive values, whether in the area of interpersonal relations, in the company culture, or even in improving the performance of individual teams and entire companies. It is great that we have been able to translate these values into the Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline in collaboration with colleagues from other departments, and I believe that its message will reach as many people as possible."
Supporting LGBT+ people
It's no coincidence that Škoda unveiled the rainbow car at the beginning of June, as June is International Pride Month - a month of pride that commemorates LGBT+ people and the fight for their rights. With the rainbow coupe, Škoda Auto shows that it cares about these values. But it's not just empty symbolism. Last year, for example, it was an official partner of the Prague Pride festival. Škoda Auto is also a member of the Pride Business Forum, an initiative that helps companies to create a level playing field for their LGBT+ employees. It helps to emancipate queer people and improve their lives.
"At Škoda Auto, we were able to implement the Respectline project proposal in a record three months, but our work doesn't end there. Promoting human rights is a continuous process and as such requires perseverance. That is why we are already thinking about what our next steps in this area will be," commits Petr Kavrentzis, Expert Coordinator for Press Cars.

The Skoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline will be on display for the first time at the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra's Open Air concert on 21 June 2023. Visitors to the Pride Bussiness Forum conference and the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Summer Festival will also see this unique car during June, while in August the rainbow electric car will accompany the entire Prague Pride Festival from 7 to 13 August.
The electric car, which is the Enyaq Respectline, will not only feature rainbow colours, but also, for example, a backlit Crystal Face front mask, interior rainbow lighting or the Respectline logo, which is on the seats and embedded in the steering wheel.
