Bronze skin in minutes and no spots? It's possible! no need to worry about "self-tanners", just follow these 4 steps

With the arrival of spring and the first rays of sunshine, the longed-for summer holiday is slowly but surely approaching. However, even though we'll probably have to wait a while for a proper tan, you can get bronzed skin long before you're sunbathing on a hot beach. A quick and easy solution that will give you a tan in minutes is self-tanning products. You don't have to worry about harmful rays or unwanted spots when you use them. All you need is a little skill and the right products.

Everyone wants beautiful, but at the same time naturally tanned skin. Skin with a bronze tinge simply looks attractive. Unfortunately, the tanning process itself is not healthy at all. If you want to protect your skin but don't want to give up your tan, self-tanners are the ideal alternative. These have several benefits.

One of the most important is that it is gentle on the skin. When tanning in direct sunlight, our skin is exposed to UV radiation, which increases the risk of skin cancer. And although the sun doesn't necessarily cause cancer right away, it has an adverse effect on the skin in any case. It can both dry the skin and dehydrate it, and in the worst cases, it can cause sunburn and even age faster. For this reason, it is extremely important to protect yourself with creams with SPF. Unfortunately, even these can sometimes be insufficient, so it is better to avoid prolonged and regular exposure to the sun.

Of course, self-tanning products do not only provide protection against skin diseases. Another great advantage is that they give you a bronze tint when you want it. So it doesn't matter if it's summer or winter - you can have a tan in minutes, even when it's cloudy and a holiday in a warm climate is just around the corner.

If you're still hesitant and have your doubts, they might disappear the moment you see that applying self-tanners is a very simple matter nowadays. A lot has changed since the very first self-tanner appeared on the market in the 1960s. It was the application of these products that used to be the biggest scare. But nowadays, everything is different and there is nothing to worry about. It's entirely up to you how tan you want and how tan you want to look.

You can choose not only from a large number of brands, but also a variety of products. For example, Lirene offers a self-tanning foam. This is suitable for both body and face, and it also provides a natural-looking tan that is visible in just an hour after application. But what you'll also appreciate about the self-tanning mousse is its pleasant, lightweight formula with a moisturising complex. This makes the foam easy to apply and quickly absorbed. You can also be sure that the product will protect your skin sufficiently from dryness. Your tan will last longer.

In addition to self-tanning foams, Lirene also offers several bronzing foams that have the same effect. The uniqueness of these products, however, is that they are inspired by different types of coffee, and the different shades and coffee aromas correspond to this. This will invigorate your mind, while also preventing the unpleasant smell that accompanies some other self-tanners when they come into contact with your skin.

And how exactly should you go about using self-tanners to avoid yellow tint and unsightly spots? Don't panic, it's really simple - just follow these four steps!

1.
The first step is to exfoliate. You really can't do without it - it's the real alpha and omega of an even self-tan, as any self-tanner should always be applied to clean, smooth skin. Peeling is usually recommended the day before. However, if you have an oil-free peel, which is often the cause of unwanted spots, you can do this ritual afterwards.

2. Hydration
If you have dry skin, it's important to moisturise your skin before applying a self-tanner. You should then pay special attention to areas such as elbows and other dry spots.

3. Light
When applying self-tanning products, be sure not to underestimate it, as it will help you to better detect the intensity of the colour, ensure correct application in all areas and detect any spots early on.

4. Applying with a glove or brush
If you decide to apply self-tanner with your hands, you should expect that they will probably become discoloured. Therefore, use a brush or a special application glove that you can get at the drugstore. Apply the self-tanning product on the glove first and then use it to spread the product as far as possible. This will help to spread the colour more evenly and therefore make it more uniform all over your body.

As you can see, self-tanning is not such a big deal. Apart from a bit of skill, of course, it also depends on the products you reach for. You can be sure that self-tanning products from Lirene will be a good choice. Its wide range offers something for everyone and will delight you not only with its results but also with its refined and imaginative aesthetics.
