Up to half of men think they have a small penis. There are many methods to "enlarge" it, the new hit is "penis training" promising up to 3.5 cm extra
Although the average size of a man's penis varies from study to study, the renowned Mayo Clinic, for example, states that if the penis measures 13 centimetres or more when erect, its size is quite normal. Scientists across the world also agree that men who actually have a small penis usually do not suffer from "small penis syndrome" at all. In fact, the so-called micropenis is related to a condition in which the penis, even when erect, measures only about 7.5 centimetres. However, research also shows that the vast majority of women (85%) are satisfied with the size of their partners' privates (regardless of the actual size), while men are satisfied with their privates only 55% of the time. In other words, almost half of all men desire a bigger penis than they actually have.
But the truth is that the size of the nature is literally a "male weakness" - for example, according to sociologist Alicia M. Walker, men's focus on the size of their penis can be very hurtful. In her experience, some men even try to avoid going to the doctor so they don't have to show off their private parts, while others also avoid romantic relationships because of low self-esteem resulting from a sense of inadequate "equipment". It is not surprising, then, that there are many methods on the market to "enlarge" the penis - from various pills to vacuum pumps to surgery. It must be said, however, that doctors basically unanimously warn against all these methods as ineffective. And as far as penile surgeries are concerned, these are usually only performed for medical reasons. Of course, then there's also "penis training"...
If you can't, add...
Regardless of the opinions of urologists, recently there are those who claim that with regular special exercises, unexpected results can be achieved due to "penis growth". Specifically, AJ "Big Al" Alfaro poses as a "penis enlargement instructor" and as a first step towards the desired result, he recommends filling a sock with rice (uncooked) and after heating it in a microwave oven, placing it (after checking the temperature...) on a slightly erect penis for about 3-5 minutes. The technique, which Big Al refers to as the "Rice Sock", is said to be essential to the success of the next exercise as it eliminates the risk of injury...
Meanwhile, Big Al is the founder and also the head trainer at a company that focuses its courses on personal training and one-on-one instructional programs designed to "get the penis you want." The entire program consists of three dozen different exercises, which are supposedly designed to strengthen the penis so that it gains in width and length (approximately 2.5-3.5 cm).

Although Big Al himself admits that he has no medical training, he claims to have come to many fundamental conclusions through self-study. After five years in the army, he says he began to focus on nutrition, kinesiology and biomechanics, and when he turned his attention to bodybuilding, he also noticed that many professional magazines contained advertisements for various methods of penis enlargement - the aforementioned creams, drugs, pumps, etc. And so he decided to develop his own program that focused on penis enlargement, but in a purely natural way.
The physiological goal of the program is to enlarge the so-called spongy bodies in the penis and strengthen the ligaments that anchor the penis to the pubic bone. In fact, according to Big Al, the cell walls grow with each exercise, and one-third to one-half of the penis is hidden behind the pubic bone, so the strengthening exercises and "penile stretching" help to strengthen and lengthen the ligaments, which ultimately leads to the exposure of more of the inner penis and the lengthening of its measurable portion...
The price for a (possibly) bigger penis
However, "penis workouts" in particular are definitely not Big Al's invention at their core (although he has been monetising them quite successfully in monthly and quarterly courses, the prices of which start at around 1,200 CZK and exceed 6,000 CZK in the premium version). "Penis training" can also be encountered under the name "jelqing" and in this case it involves various manual stimulation of blood flow towards the glans. Although this particular technique is undoubtedly safer compared to other possible methods (taking drugs to make the penis grow is a lot of nonsense), there is virtually no evidence that it works.

For example, according to urologist James Elist, who developed the only implant procedure for penis enlargement in the US that has been approved by the authorities there, there are also a number of problems associated with similar penile strengthening and stretching exercises. "These exercises may make the penis temporarily harder in a certain way, but once you stop the exercise, the effect disappears," he says, adding that while the desired effect is short-lived, the side and unwanted effects may linger. For example, he says, constantly stretching the skin of the penis creates scarring around the limb, which ultimately limits the penis's ability to expand. Likewise, permanent nerve damage, penile numbness and internal bleeding can result.
And so we have no choice but to circle back to what has already been said: none of the commonly available methods of penis enlargement work. "I think it's absolutely correct to say that all of these things are complete nonsense," summarizes urologist Jennifer Berman. The only way to at least visually make the penis appear larger is to lose weight (which, of course, only applies to overweight men). Otherwise, however, it makes no sense to devote time, attention, energy, money and, in fact, health to ways to make the penis bigger.
