Diesel is one of those brands that does not care only about fashion and sold pieces, but also about worlds pressing issues. Recently their campaign created in collaboration with David LaChapelle called „Make Love Not Walls“ raised awareness about low inclusivity. This time Diesel asked Naomi Campbell to collaborate with them and together they created a collection that cares. Campbell used artwork designed by children and placed these on t-shirts and hoodies. The collection is called Child At Heart and part of the proceeds shall be donated to Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Relief initiative.
This initiative was found in 2005 with the aim to raise funds and awareness for various causes. This time it focuses on children as around 1.2 billion children lives in regions of developing countries and more than 230 million children have been forced to leave their homes because of crisis. Everyone involved in this collection, the designer, photographers and models worked without fees.
